I want to enable Two-Factor Authentication in my Apple ID

I have this Apple ID account for literally years and I wanna enable 2FA on it. Apparently I can’t sign into my Apple ID cause I don’t remember my security questions that I created like 6 years ago. Now I’m stuck on my iPhone 11 with the same Apple ID that I can’t modify any settings and in order to reset the questions I need my old iPhone 5s that doesn’t work anymore, is there any other way that I can get into my account (for example phone number or gmail)?

For the security questions, if you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.

If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.

Without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account. These policies are audited and reviewed on a regular basis.
