I requested my purchase to refund and checked its status and it was refunded. However, I removed my visa from the payment method I haven't received my refund. I added my visa later but haven't received my refund again. What should I do to get my refund?

Hello ~ If the card is still active …it will go back to the card that was billed. If the card is no longer active…the refund should go back to Apple ID balance . If you want to contact Apple Support go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:
