How to turn off suggestions to mute conversations

Since I bought my new iPhone, at every ten messages someone sends to me without I'm seeing them just immediately, iPhone comes with this "Do you want to temporarily mute notifications for this conversation?" thing.

Even though I click "not now", if the same person sends me a certain number of messages again, the suggestion reappears. This is SO annoying, because I work with whatsapp and sometimes someone will sent me many messages, and this "suggestion" keep coming back and forth. There's any way I can disable this bothering and useless feature?
