I haven’t used my iPad in over a year and now it won’t charge or open.

My older iPad was not used for more than a year and won’t open or charge.

Ipad pro 2022 not turning on yesterday night i had 10% battery on my new iPad pro 2022, Today morning i tried to charge my iPad and it seems screen is not turning on.. when i plugged my charger in the morning i heard bling sound (which indicates charging sound), any information why ? but screen not turning on.
