Installation of OS fails

Hi, I am trying to update an iPhone 7 plus, 32Gb with latest os 15.4, but I keep getting the error 4000 (unknown error). What should I do in this case? Resetting the devide completely?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

Hi,

Connect your phone to pc or mac and update your phone via itunes. Hope it helps.
