The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Why doesn’t it let me remove payment method

It doesn’t let me remove payment method and it’s not my card it’s my boyfriends card

Do you have any subscriptions? If so, you are required to have a card on file. You can add another card and then promote it to the primary payment method. You should then be able to remove your boyfriend's card.
