Bought a new iMac that was advertised to offer a three month free Apple TV, but can not get it. All I get is an offer for 7 days free trial. What's the catch?

Also, if you already subscribe to Apple TV + you are not eligible.

NOTE: Apple TV app and Apple TV + are NOT the same thing, please be a bit more careful with your terminology. It can be confusing as Apple has multiple products with the words "Apple TV" in them. To see what I mean, please go to www.apple.com/tv.
