iCloud data issue

Previously, when I forgot the phone password, I did a factory reset and all the data was deleted, but if this data was stored in iCloud, can it be retrieved? And if it is returned, where will it be saved because knowing which current cloud is full?

If there is a way to recover the data in the previous iCloud that was deleted, please help me with that?

Perhaps.

How was it stored in iCloud exactly?

As an iCloud backup? Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
As data associated with your Apple ID? Once you sign in using that Apple ID and turn on your iCloud association at Settings > [Your Apple ID] > iCloud, the data should reappear.
