monterey keeps asking to be installed on my mac

From Mojave system preferences I disabled the system updates option

Monterey keeps asking to be installed and the message doesn't have any options not to upgrade and stays on my screen no matter what i do.

What to do? Is there a terminal command to stop the notification forever?

Does the >>  Computer Qualify for the Monterey upgrade  and if yes it may have already downloaded the Monterey Installer.

To verify, check in the Application folder for a New application called " Install Monterey " is it exists.

If it it there and you can not interested or do not what it to install - Drag and Drop to to Trash and Empty the Trash.
