IMEI & Hacking

In 2022, does a potential “hacker” have to have either, brief & physical access to your phone, or only just the IMEI to your specific phone, in order to “hack” your phone.

And if so, what are some ways they’re able to get it, without haveung physical access to your phone?

Imei2 I’m not that informed on tech so this might seem silly why is there a second imei2 what does it do? If someone got ahold of that number could they somehow know everything going on on your phone?

How can i get my IMEI back from other people that've already hacked my iphone XR...?? Yes i've tried everything to updating my iphone but every single time i go anywhere they're always following trying to get into my passcode for them to have access to my personal life and information's and private photos for me only. So other perverted people wont be there hacking my iPhone.. my IMEI is compromised. Honestly i am fed up but Im just being abstract about the situation i just need help.

The hacker must have your iPhone physically for at least 30 minutes.

Otherwise not possible unless you have already jailbroken your iPhone.
