Hi , noise suppression for iphone 13 pro max works in ios 15.4 or not ?

When playing the guitar however, sound is crackly. It was perfect before IOS 16 (Same setup). Same setup works fine using Android phone insteat of iPhone. I posted under a different title - and got a few people posting similar issues. Does anyone know if this issue is sorted, or perhaps if Apple is releasing an update to solve this?

The last phone with the option to turn off Phone Noise Cancellation in Settings Accessibility, Audio Visual was iPhone 12 as far as I understand. The iphone 13 apparently uses a more sophisticated approach.
