What is a legitimate email for apple about sign on?

I received a notification from Apple “noreply@email.apple.com

Is this a real notification?

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.

I got notified today that an Apple ID is being used or a new sign on for an Apple ID I have not used in 10 years.

i was checking if any email from “….@email.apple.com” is a legitimate email extension from apple

or noreply@email.apple.com

saying and “iPhone 5” was being used to sign on, which I didn’t know even still exists!! 😂

no location but time given
