How do you type @ with the laptop's own keyboard? It should really be the same on the magic keyboard, because which key does what normally depends on your Windows 11 keyboard setting and not on the hardware.
What is you Windows 11 keyboard language?

I'm not at my Mac that I RD to Windows with, but if memory serves @ is swapped for " and vice versa. Muscle memory kicks in after a while. If in doubt fire up Charmap or OSK from the search box to get to any tricky characters.

I'm not sure because I have Windows 11, however, I didn't have any problem in pairing the keyboard. I suggest to go to bluetooth and search for hardware, while it's searching switch on the keyboard and it should be recognized.
I would like to ask, is it compatible with Dell (Windows 10), thanks in advance.
