Apple Cash is turned “off” in my settings . I’ve checked multiple times in my settings “wallet & Apple Pay” to turn it on , I don’t not see that option.

when I Tap top right corner + to add a card this is the “tab” that pops up , I go to my setting to try to turn it back on . No I’m not restricted , I used my Apple Pay this morning , I just can’t send “Apple Cash” through Apple messages nor add debit/credit cards
