Can't watch video from streaming services

Hi,

All of a sudden Safari 15.4 on Mac OS 12.3 will not display video from several streaming services. So far I have noticed the problem with CNN+, Disney+, and HBO Max.

Chrome on the same Mac works.

Thanks,

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

Go step by step and test.

1. Force Quit Safari, launch Safari holding the Shift key down.

2. Startup in Safe Mode.

It also does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility

And it deletes some system caches, including font caches and

Try playing the video in Safe Mode.

If it plays video, do you have Display Link app installed?
