Why do I get a message saying "not delivered" and what can I do to fix it?

Phone says Message failed to send/not delivered but message has actually sent Hello, I’ve had a problem for a few months where when I send a text to an Android phone or anything without iMessage, it will say Message Failed to Send and then Not Delivered. However having checked with the recipient, it has actually been sent and delivered successfully. Any ideas what could be causing this? iMessages deliver fine without this coming up. Thanks! (iPhone 11, iOS 15.4.1)

iPhone 14 Pro “Not Delivered” error I have just got a new iPhone 14 pro max and a new SIM card. When I send a text message to my friends i get an error “Not Delivered” after about 3 minutes even though my friends receive the text message almost immediately. I have tried various things including turning off the iMessage option and resetting the network provider credentials as advised by the network provider (Lebara/Vodafone) but I still the problem. I have the latest iOS 16.3 on my phone. Please can someone help me fix this issue. Thank you in advance.
