Why is iPhone stuck on pause to update my Apple Watch.

Try to update from the watch itself.
Restart the watch.
Place the watch on the charger.
Make sure that your watch is connected to wifi.
On your watch, open the Settings app.
Tap General > Software Update.
Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.
Watch will not update stuck in pause?
My Apple Watch won’t install update and is stuck on pause. I have the watch charged at 100 percent and on the charger but it still will not update and stays stuck on pause. Anyone know what’s going on?
