What are the steps to upgrade mi iMac from macOS Big Sur version 11.6.2 to update
iMac 27″, macOS 11.6

macOS Monterey is compatible with these computers – Apple Support (UK)
If it is compatible and you are running Big Sur you should see it when you search App Store.
Usually it will appear as an upgrade in System Preferences -> Software Update
