Recovered my stolen Apple Watch

So my iPhone was stolen the thief removed my Apple ID and put theirs and I recovered the Apple Watch but now I can’t get rid of their Apple ID and the watch I have the original box and receipt from T-Mobile showing I am the original owner how can I fix
