My voice mail is not working. Can someone help me with this issue?

If the visual voicemail is not operational on your iPhone then you should contact your carrier to resolve this issue. This is because the voicemail feature is provided and managed by your carrier.

I have never had a problem with voicemail until I bought my iPhone 13 max last Thursday. Everything transferred perfectly from my iPhone 7 to 13 except voicemail quit working.

Thanks … that shoots-down one hypothesis of it possibly being related to the old SIM.

Did you physically move your old SIM over from your “7” … or receive an entirely new SIM (or eSIM)?
