If you are unable to make in-app purchases, there are a few things you can check:

Restrictions:

• You can check Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Tunes & App Store Purchases > In-app Purchases to make sure it is set to Allow. See Prevent in-app purchases from the App Store for more information.
• If you are in a family group and using a child Apple ID, this may have been set for you. You would need to see your family organizer for help.

Payment Method:

• Ensure your payment method and address is up to date in Settings > [Your Name] > Payment & Shipping as seen in Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods.

If you have no restrictions and your payment method is up to date, as it is an in-app purchase, you will have to reach out to the app developer by following these steps How to contact an app developer or using the TikTok Help Center.
