Hello, I have a problem with payments in the PUBG Mobile game, I get error 1138 "Unable to pay as your account may be at risk". help me please

To confirm, are you only having issues with the PUBG Mobile application or issues with in-app purchases from other apps? Also, are you able to download new apps from the App Store? If so, you'll want to reach out to the application developer for the best support. Their contact details can be located using your iPhone by following the steps listed below. You can also find these steps in the following article.

1: "Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.2: Search for the app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the account button or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Purchased, tap "Not on this [device]," then tap the app.3: The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID."
