Setting up Apple Business Manager iPad Automatic Enrollment

We've started to deploy iPads to our end users configured the way we want them using Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).

At the moment we're deploying in the UK, where we simply purchase the iPads and I enrol them using Configurator2 on a Mac Mini, then ship them out, all nice and easy.

However, we want to start and deploy iPads to our satellite people in Australia, New Zealand, Africa and other places as they come online. How can I get this setup, I've seen articles about automatic enrollment, but I'm not sure how I would do this from the UK. Would it be best to buy them from Apple directly, then they could be shipped in any country I would imagine, or are resellers the best way forward, and if so, can you have multiple resellers setup for our Apple Business Manager tenant?

Any guidance on this appreciated.
