Can't click Done when I downgrade from 50GB to 5GB. I would like to downgrade to 5GB at this time please.

That is why I am contacting apple support because I've tried those options.
My iCLoud+ does say that it expires on 4/6/2022. Does that mean it worked even though I was never able to click Done?
