I would like to clear my balance of 0.79$.

I want to change my country on apple store but i can’t because my balance is 0.79$. I would like to clear it

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
