It is normal to show up that message if your used phone were used since brand new open box for over 90 days. It doesn’t mean that your phone must/must not a problematic phone. But better stick to brand new iPhone if it is economically affordable for you, since you are the only one who know how the phone were used from time to time to prevent purchase scam.

Why not? Phone technical support is only 90 days unless AppleCare is purchased. Other than that, there are others means to get technical support.

You can buy whatever you want... I don't recommend buying used, as it's entirely possible the device is lost or stolen and activation locked.

Hello ~ Do you mean can you buy the iPhone or more technical support? Is the iPhone activation locked? That would be my biggest concern.
