Hi everyone, having this pop up very regularly now, I’m not downloading anything, it just randomly appears. anyone got any ideas how to get rid of it? Stop it repeating?
Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

I was trying to find a solution to it when it popped up again, I then screenshot it.
it will come up on any screen no matter what the phone is doing!
I’ve done some searching before, the only solution I’ve seen is to put it into flight mode when it does it but when it shows on screen you can’t do anything. Phone is locked.
It disappears, then a few hours later it returns. Usually in groups of 3. Been doing for about a year but I’m not trying to download anything.
