Hello ! I need help about my snapchat app is blocked and cant open or create an account. I dont know what is the reason ! Please help me to find the reason and to fix it. That app is very important for me.

You are welcome. Sorry, as I would not use Snapchat, I do not know if they would be able to help, but I do know it is not an Apple issue.
They have spam my ip maybe i think.
