Turning on Find My Watch not working

I’m trying to activate the Find My feature on my Apple Watch, so that my watch will show up on the Find My app.

On my watch, I go to settings, click my name, scroll down to my watch’s name and click it, and it shows Find My Watch is off. I click this, and a screen opens showing a toggle button to turn it on, but it does not toggle on when clicked.

I’ve exited out of this, gone back and tried again, and it will not allow me to toggle this button. I’ve also checked other settings that have a toggle button, and those all work. Any ideas?
