iPhone XS MAX primary mic no work

Hi I have ran a few test on my mic for XS MAX IPHONE

ok camara selfie mic works

camara non selfy works

but voice recording no work on voice memo

and when I get phone calls only Bluetooth mode mic works.

speaker or audio mic no work on phone call

is there any way I can change mic to work on phone calls.
