Autofill in Safari

The settings for Safari are in Settings, Safari. You need to turn on Autofill. Once you do, on most websites (but not on ones with significant security installed, like banks) when you enter in the user name and password, Safari asks if you want to save it.

There's no "home page" for Mobile Safari. It doesn't work that way. But since you can have multiple "pages" open on Safari, just make one your home page. It'll always be there.

When you type in a user name and password safari will ask if you want to save the info. for preference your ipad home screen select Settings -> Safari.

Safari doesn't have a home page.

Have you made the change in Settings, Safari?

Try resetting your iPad by holding the Home and On/Off button until it restarts.

When you enter your user name and password a popup box should appear asking you to save your info.
