I have a iPhone 13 prp max bought in china, and I brought it to the States. When I tried to use it with Spectrum it was not able to be used because spectrum does not recognize its IMEI number. What should I do?

Imei on trade in phone I sent my iPhone X back to att for a trade in program and now they have no record of receiving. The only way they can look it up is if I can provide the IMEI from that phone which I don’t have. How am I able to obtain the IMEI from my old phone? (I also do not have the tracking number for it, it was back in November)

if your carrier spectrum will not help you then maybe you should try another carrier.
