Use one of your backups—

The most trouble free way to move to a new machine, is using the Setup Assistant on the initial boot of a brand new machine— you have one shot here. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205749

The second best way is use the Migration Assistant.

Previous answer would indicate you have a time machine backup.

if you don’t have a time machine backup you may have to get a disk caddy and open your old MacBook Pro, remove the drive and pop into the caddy.

it sounds harder than it is, you may have someone techie that can do this for you, it’s not that hard but you do need to know why you are touching/unplugging etc.
