When family organizer enables purchase sharing, who will be charged for individual iCloud+ subscriptions of the family members? Can all individual members be billed for their respective iCloud+ subscriptions with purchase sharing on or does it change and family organizer will be charged?

It'll be charged to any store credit in the individual accounts first, and then to the organizer's first payment method.
