Apple ID Card

My Apple ID account is a card type. When I log in to the account, it answers the locked account and asks me for my date of birth to recover the account, but no date is mentioned on the card.

Apple ID problem I am setting up my wife’s MacBook and iPhone for App Store. She has an Apple ID. It states it hasn’t been used before to make a purchase. we accept the terms, fill in the credit card info. On “continue” it says we didn’t enter birthdate. We do not see a place for that on the form. We see credit card info, name on account and address. Can’t continue.

Hello, I have an apple id that hasn't been used for years and i'd like to recover it. However, my connected credit card expired, so i couldn't sign in with the CSV code i have. Hey davoodpaki,

To continue accessing your account, you would need to enter the birthdate that was entered during the initial setup of your Apple ID. If you're unable to get your date of birth to be accepted, there would not be additional options available for accessing your account.
