Unable to reset iPhone 6s

Hi,

I’m unable to reset an iPhone 6s running 15.4.

When I select reset phone -> erase all content after putting in passwords it tells me upload to iCloud failed.

If I select erase anyway, it gets stuck at the uploading data to ICloud stage and goes no further

Trying to reset IPhone I recently got a new iPhone and transferred everything over successfully. I’m trying to get my old phone ready for trade-in, but each time I try going through the reset (as instructed by Apple) it gets stuck on “Uploading data to iCloud”. I try hitting “Skip Backup” (as everything’s already setup on my new one), but it just gets stuck. The progress bar makes it look like it is at 100% and the time remaining estimate says 1 minute, but it will not move forward even with trying to skip the backup.

Resetting of iPhone fail I have tried to reset my phone to send back however it still pops up with photos and apps on it. I go to Settings>>>General>>>Transfer or Reset and follow the directions. After it reboots it is all still there. It seems it is supposed to go back to out of the box state but not for mine! Thank you!

new iPhone stuck on updating iCloud settings and won't open While setting up my new iPhone from my old iPhone all was going well until I updated the software. Now the phone is stuck on "updating iCloud settings" and won't let me open the phone or turn it off.
