I need help request refund
I bought a green iphone 11 smartphone with anonymous login but it was cancelled, I need help requesting a refund. Payment is still on my credit card.

If the order was cancelled, you will get a refund, but Apple does not charge until an order is shipped. Go to your orders and check the status there - you can contact them from there. Or do a chat with the store to check.
