How to recover voice mail that is accidentally deleted from Apple Watch

I had a voice memo recording on my Apple Watch and I accidentally deleted it. My Apple Watch is not paired with my iPhone so accessing the deleted voice mail from recently deleted folder on my iPhone unfortunately isn’t an option for me. How can I restore the deleted voice memo. It is very important.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.

You Apple Watch must be paired with an iPhone. If the voice mail is not in the recently deleted folder, we'd suggest contacting your carrier. They would have more information on whether or not the voice mail is retrievable on their end.
