Download IOS15 in iPad Air A1474

i haven’t use my iPad Air in a while but now I needed for school but the latest iOS i have is 12.5 and I want IOS 14 or 15. How can I download it for installation

An unit running any version of 12.5 isn't capable of 13 or above; if an iPad Air, it's a first generation model.
