AirPods Pro won’t work with Spotify or YouTube anymore?

My AirPods Pro won’t connect to Spotify or YouTube all of a sudden? I don’t have an Apple Watch which I’ve read can interfere. I’ve already tried deleting and re-downloading the apps. No luck. Need some other troubleshooting advice?
