Can i use web based wordpress on iPad air 5?

Dear community members I've been searching for long time on web and YouTube to know about the web based usage of WordPress but I didn't get any source please make me sure will i be able to use wordpress on iPad air 5 cause I'm a student and it's gonna be my primary device on which i have to run my website too. This is gonna be my first Apple device. So I'm kinda suspicious even i know it will run anyhow by any means bt i want full assurance from experts.
