I've updated all but one of my Apple devices to iOS 15.4.1, iPadOS 15.4.1 and my old MacBook Pro to 12.3.1 but my M1 powered MacBook Air (late 2020) states that at 12.3 my MacBook IS UP TO DATE.
Any suggestions?

Try starting in safe mode and install.
21:25 BST 12.3.1 downloading now. I suspect servers were busy.
12.3 is up to date. Thee is no public release of 12.3.1 at this time. 12.3.1 is currently in Beta testing.
If you updated your MacBook Pro to 12.3.1 then it means it is enrolled in the Beta Program, while the MacBook Air is not so does not get that update.

My Intel MacBook Air updated to 12.3.1 today just fine.

Guess it is available. My mistake.
Our five Macs got notifications like little ducks in a row .... one right after the other maybe 30 minutes apart.
I can download it but it wont install, I have tried restarting my computer.
mine suggests differently, don't know why...
