I’ve got an old iPhone I cannot remember my password and I reset the whole phone and I don’t have the number where I can reset my password what do I need to do

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
