How can I unlock my iPad from my phone because my iPad is locked but I forgot what the Internet and I won’t let me in it and I forgot the password and I want to restart it

You can't unlock an iPad using an iPhone.

You need a computer, start here => If you forgot your iPad passcode - Apple Support
