It depends on what type of storage you're talking about. Are you talking about iCloud storage? If so, you can change your storage plan with these steps:

Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage or iCloud Storage.Tap Buy More Storage or Change Storage Plan.Choose a plan and follow the onscreen instructions.Upgrade to iCloud+

Are you talking about the actual storage on your device? If so, that's a fixed amount depending on which storage model you bought. If you've used all of the storage on your device you would either need to start deleting things on it to clear up storage space, or upgrade to a larger storage capacity device. There is no way to add more built in storage to a device.
