Hello Mahesh:

Did you just get your iPhone 12's screen replaced or repaired? Was there any damage to the iPhone? I am asking because your iPhone cannot determine whether the screen/display is a genuine Apple part or not.

You will continue to see this notification on your Lock screen for the first 4 days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About

It will remain in Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About until the display is replaced with a genuine Apple display. Your display will continue to function the way it has been even with his message present.
