Update Apple ID settings after 15.4.1 update

I installed the 15.4.1 patch on my iPad and it is asking me to enter the password for the iPad and my iPhone.

The problem is the program is expecting a 6-digit code and my iPhone is longer than that (is managed by my work).

I signed out of iCloud on my iPad hoping it would fix the problem and now I cannot log back in due to the unexpected password length.

Please help!
