Activation Lock

I cant remember the Apple ID email for my old account. I tried to set a new password but I can’t even log into my old account. My phone had to get reset because of the glitch and I wanna reconnect to my Apple watch but can’t get back into it with the activation lock and I can’t get through it. Help.
