I would like to add my Walmart gift card to my wallet to use at Walmart.

You might find that you'll need to download the Walmart app, redeem the gift card then see it would be compatible. If it is, you'd use this guide to add it to Apple Wallet: Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet. You'd use the steps in "How to add a boarding pass, ticket, or other pass to Apple Wallet on your iPhone". We also wanted to call out this section of the guide:

"If you don't see an option to add your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass to the Wallet app, contact the merchant or company that issued it to make sure they support passes in the Wallet app."
