Using Apple Account balance for in-app purchases
How would I use my apple account balance to purchase an in-app purchase like coin master for instance.

I have my Apple balance as my only payment plan and still can not spend it as it tells me to add a payment plan such as a card or PayPal I don’t have northern at the moment help me please thank you
